Payment Policy

All payments for services provided by studiozyxo.com must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via approved methods including bank transfer or credit card. Invoices are issued upon booking of Course Studio operations for live broadcasts, including coordination of presenters and reporters, camera switching, live cue management, and on-air production organisation.

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by Australian law.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund if services are not provided as described, are faulty, or do not meet consumer guarantees.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled live broadcast may receive a full refund minus any administrative costs. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to review and may not qualify for refund if significant resources have been allocated.
